As far as im concerned this album went way under the radar, released in the later part of 2010 (woah time flys) co-signed and released by Eatgood and Mudfamily and produced by Kelakovski. This was a banger, every track pure class and the clarity and production on it was up there with the best, it kind of reminded me of Sways debut.
Im very surprised that this didn’t completely blow up though. RTKal’s flow, delivery and lyrical content is the full package, he sounds like a very down to earth guy but with a fire in his ambition and voice, you can see what Skinnyman seen in him, in fact the fact that he is Skinnyman certified should tell you all you need to know about this man.
His background in dubstep and grime allows RTKal to flow in double time with ease and he is obviously a keen student of rhyme structure and urban culture and any hip hop fan would do well to have this in their collection. In short a very well made album both for production and creativity that was seriously slept on. W
here are you RTKal you gonna come back an show some of these rappers what Brums got or what. Wa Gwarn?
